Restaurant With No Name! Can you help us create a name for our restaurant? With the impending relaunch of our restaurant we are seeking a name for our intimate, rustic restaurant here at the Coach & Horses. Our dining room offers a comfortable and informal dining experience for all occasions including candlelit dinners, aniversary and birthday celebrations. Our restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday evenings and offers a host of tradtional English dishes using the finest fresh ingredients Hampshire has to offer. Chris continues to search the county for exciting suppliers to include in our regularly changing menu. September has seen the arrival of New Forest Spring Water, Hampshire Venison and Isle of Wight Blue Cheese. We are welcoming suggestions from our customers for a name for our restaurant. Names can be driven from our own pub name, Rotherwick village history or completely random. All we ask is that your submit your entry with an indication of why you have chosen your proposed name, your own name and contact details to us by 29 September. Entries can be emailed to mail@coachandhorsespub.co.uk, text to 07922 978335, or mailed to: Restaurant Competition, Coach & Horses, The Street, Rotherwick, RG27 9BG. All entries will be acknowledged. In the event you do not receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours please call us on 01256 762542. Suggestions will be shortlisted based upon; thier relevance to the Coach & Horses & Rotherwick Village, creativity and ease of use. We hope to have a judging panel including The Reverend Peter Hewlett-Smith and Councillor Jonathan Glen who will aid in the final choice. The competition winner will be notified on 4 October and will be advertised on this website. The winning prize including a champagne reception, 3 course dinner for four people and a £50 bar spend will be available on our restaurant launch evening Saturday 11 October and will not be transferable. Names suggested so far include; Chrelly's, The Post Horn, Gossips, The Smithy, The Mouse & Pumpkin & The DeForests. We look forward to receiving your suggestions.. Best Wishes
